Vacuum Pumps

General Information

Vacuum pumps are designed to provide reliable, high-performance vacuum generation for healthcare facilities and industrial applications. Optimized specifically for use in medical central vacuum systems, these pumps can operate continuously and stably from atmospheric pressure down to the final vacuum level.

The single-stage system offers high suction capacity even at low pressure levels, thereby increasing operational efficiency. Thanks to its design suitable for continuous operation, it can be used safely in hospital environments requiring intensive use.

The integrated exhaust oil vapor filter effectively filters out oil particles generated during operation, supporting system performance and enhancing environmental safety. The quiet and robust housing design ensures comfortable and long-lasting use in technical spaces.

Key Features

  • Design suitable for medical applications
  • Oil-sealed rotary valve operating principle
  • Single-stage design
  • Continuous operation from atmospheric pressure to ultimate vacuum
  • High pumping speed at low pressure
  • Integrated oil vapor filter
  • Quiet and durable construction
  • Optional: Oil level switch
  • Optional: PT100 temperature sensor

These pumps, which provide stable performance, long service life, and reliable vacuum generation in central vacuum systems, contribute to the operational continuity of healthcare facilities.

Maintenance Intervals and Scope

To maintain the system performance and ensure a long service life for vacuum pumps, maintenance procedures must be performed according to the specified operating hours.

Routine maintenance should be performed after 3,000 operating hours or no later than 24 months. This maintenance includes:

  • General inspection and cleaning
  • Oil change
  • Oil filter replacement
  • Oil separator cartridge replacement
  • Suction valve overhaul
  • Gas ballast filter replacement

Preventive maintenance, on the other hand, should be performed every 12,000 operating hours.

This includes:

  • Replacement of radial shaft seals
  • Replacement of sliding rings
  • Replacement of valves
  • Replacement of cover gaskets
  • Replacement of the automatic drain system and its gaskets
  • Replacement of rubber feet
  • Overhaul of the coupling ring

In adherence to the specified maintenance intervals ensures the continuity of pump performance, energy efficiency, and system safety.
